RSVP - Service Above Self Event
Service Above Self Awards bring light to those in and around our community who help others without thought or ego.
The festivities will begin with a social hour at 5:30. From 5:30 to 6:30 guests will be encouraged to socialize, eat, and celebrate. Announcement of last call at the cash bar will occur at 7:15. The cash bar will close at 7:30 with Introductory remarks from Del Benson and a presentation of Del's Presidential Citations. We will honor the following Service Above Self Awards:
Five Avenues of Service Award
Spirit of Rotary Award
Quiet Rotarian Award
Alan Ashbaugh International Service Awards (Two - Recipients)
Max Getts 4-way Test Award
Service Above Self Award
Rotarian of the Year
Closing remarks at 8:00 with the Fellowship committee volunteers perform any necessary cleanup of the Garden Site. Venue Site Closes at 8:30 PM.
Guests, spouses and partners are invited and encouraged to attend this celebratory event :)
We are extremely excited to be going to the Gardens on Spring Creek, as Rotary has close ties to the Gardens. Rotary Clubs in Fort Collins provided funding to help build the Children’s Gardens and during our centennial celebration, our Club partnered with the Everitt Family to sponsor the Café Grove. The Children's Garden is filled with numerous inviting areas to explore and discover: a rock garden; secret gardens and willow huts; pond (with fish!) and bridge; green roof shelter; friendship growing garden raised beds and annual flower beds. It will be a wonderful evening in a beautiful venue!
