Hope Lives reached out and is needing volunteers at their upcoming Gala. We let them know we would put out the word to rally Rotarians. If you do attend, it is recommnded that you dress business fromal.

Here are the various tasks they have asked for assistance:
- Greeters/Entrance 4 volunteers (Silent Auction is in the hallway)-welcoming and Gala dressy attire, where bathrooms are, how to find seats, FAQs, etc.
- 1 or 2 volunteers to stay with the Auction items before guests’ arrival to just keep safe. (Security)
- Possible Selling Raffle Tickets around the room. Still setting up what we are auctioning. 2 or 3 volunteers
- Spotters for Live Auction Paddle Raises called by auctioneer. We need 3 volunteers to keep track of PADDLE # called. We have a simple template that needs to be filled in.
