SPECIAL NEWS - November 1st, in the Lincoln Center Columbine Room, from 10:15 AM to ~ 11:15 AM, we will have a special DEI Fellowship featuring (by Zoom from Tel Aviv, Israel) Hanan Miran. Hanan is a dual USA / Israeli citizen, living half the year in Vermont and half the year in Tel Aviv. At 10:15 Hanan will make opening remarks, then open the floor to questions and discussions. All are welcome. Please join us. There will be no post-meeting Fellowship November 1.
Please see the linked flyer. Hanan is currently teaching an OSHR class in Vermont entitled Israel: A Lesson in Democracy. By November 1, Hanan and his wife Bruria will be residing in Tel Aviv.
Not to minimize the situation, Israel, from at least its founding has experienced a very deadly ‘DEI challenge’. As a good friend, I’ve found Hanan a clear voice of reason. I expect we will have an enlightening discussion with Hanan.
Hanan Miron has held various CEO and CFO positions with technology and investment companies based in Israel and the U.S. He holds degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth, and the Reichman University in Israel. Hanan follows Israeli politics closely, both from the day-to-day and academic perspectives. Hanan and his wife, Bruria, live eight months of the year in Israel and spend the summer and fall in Quechee, Vermont.
See you November 1st, 10:15 sharp!
