The Quiet Leader Award recognizes a substantial member of the club whose contributions have so far been unrecognized. This “quiet leader” award recognizes a member that puts their heart and soul into everything they do, often working “behind the scenes”, but often going above and beyond expectations. This person contributes regularly to the goals and projects of the community and club with humility and respect. This individual does not look for or expect recognition from peers for the work they do. This unsung hero may or may not hold an official title but plays an undeniably valuable role in achieving organization success.
