Veteran Recognition & Care(Lunch)
On November 16th, Rotary welcomes Mr. Paul Roberts, Director, Cheyenne Veterans Administration Medical Center, during the Club’s Veterans Day program Wednesday at the Lincoln Center. Mr. Roberts will provide a Veteran-focused message, comment on VA services & initiatives, and introduce Northern Colorado’s “super VA clinic” that officially opened in May 2022 in Loveland. The 75,000 square-foot building offers state-of-the-art health care across multiple medical disciplines. READ MORE...
For our evening meeting, Wednesday, Nov. 16th, Rotary members Andrew Stewart and Robin Steele will highlight the international projects supported by the Rotary International Foundation this year. The presentation will be at 5:30 at the SweetWater Brewery. For those of us who are contributors to the Foundation, this will be a chance to see how are funds are being leveraged and applied. In a departure from our usual presentations of facts, figures, accomplishments, and opinion, our guests Sandi Klug, Louise Thornton, and David Siever presented a one-act play by Robert Anderson entitled “I’m Herbert”. This play is one of four unrelated one-act plays that make up the 1967 script “You Know I Can’t Hear You When the Water’s Running”. Incidentally, Anderson had a lengthy list of credits including “I Never Sang for My Father” and “The Sand Pebbles”. READ MORE...
The Rotary Investment Fellowship will meet shortly after this week's lunch meeting at the Lincoln Center. We will discuss the anticipated effects of the recent election on the economy. All points of view are welcome!

Holiday Party
Our annual holiday party will be held on Sunday, December 4 from 5:30-8:30 pm. at the Fort Collins Country Club. Cost is $50/per person and includes a buffet dinner, live entertainment, and prizes. A cash bar will be available. The buffet includes salad, carving station, salmon, vegetables, potatoes and dessert.
Community Grants committee is now accepting applications under their Arts & Culture Program category. Application deadline is January 30, 2023. See Press Release here for details.
Recently we helped sort & distribute Coats & Boots to underserved students in local elementary schools. The coats and boots were partially funded by a District Grant.
Please remember to help out by signing up on our “member information page”. Set up person is in charge of getting supplies to the Lincoln Center. Clean up person returns the supplies back to Kathy Nicol
