Jay Norvell's Take on the Season Coming Up
This Wednesday, May 22nd, CSU football Head Coach Jay Norvell joins the luncheon group at the Lincoln Center to talk about the team and game schedule for the 2024 season. Following Jay’s intro by Dave Stewart, he will fill us in on the players to watch, his team of assistants, and his thoughts about the teams CSU plays next fall. Last Wednesday, at our noon meeting, we were privileged to host both commanders of the CSU/UNC ROTC programs - Colonel Gregg Johnson (USAF) and Lieutenant Colonel Matt Tillman (USA) for a refresher on these outstanding, award-winning Army and Air Force ROTC Programs. When we try to communicate across this gap, we often lack the skills for listening carefully, looking for common ground, and sharing our perspectives in ways that connect rather than create more misunderstanding. Learn to disagree better at the Braver Angles workshop on May 30 at the Senior Center.
