IMAGINE ROTARY! With Steve Sehnert, DGE
This coming Wednesday, September 21, we host Steve Sehnert, the District Governor Elect (DGE) of our Rotary District 5440, for the noon luncheon at the Lincoln Center and also for our evening meeting at 5:30 at SweetWater Brewery.
Our district includes 53 Rotary clubs in Wyoming, Northwestern Colorado, Eastern Idaho and Western Nebraska. The International Rotary theme for the year is Imagine Rotary! With that in mind, Steve is expected to focus on RI’s new initiatives, membership, and the interesting work that is being done by Rotarians around the world, both locally and internationally. Opportunities are plentiful for potential members, young and old, to help Rotary achieve its mission of “peace and understanding throughout the world,” and by bringing their passion for service to their communities. From Coach’s office he could see students lining up 2 hours before games and developing a new “problem” of having to turn away students.READ MORE...
