CSU Rams Volleyball Legend – Tom Hilbert
CSU Rams Women’s Volleyball Head Coach Tom Hilbert, will be our featured speaker this Wednesday at noon at the Lincoln Center.
 
The winningest coach of any sport in Colorado State history. A career record of 773-214 (.783) over 24 years, including a 599-142 (.808) record in 24 years at CSU - the next closest, Jim Williams, won 352 games over 26 years. Hilbert has led the Rams to 24 NCAA tournament appearances (31 for the program overall); 21 Mountain West Conference Championships, including 10 in the last 12 seasons.    READ MORE...

Jessica Grove - Prospective Member Approved!
The Board voted to approve the membership of Jessica Grove. Through Rotary, Jessica would like to be involved in international and domestic efforts along with peace fellowship and work with youth. Jessica is currently employed at Elevations Credit Union. Jessica also loves to read, camp, hike and run, currently training for her first 5K in the fall.

Community Service Opportunity - August 28th
Calling all volunteers!  We are pleased to offer another Food Bank volunteer opportunity for the month of August.  On Saturday, August 28th, the Food Bank has offered us 7 spots again to volunteer at their Fort Collins Food Share location from 9:30am to Noon.  Please use this Eventbrite link to sign up if you are interested!

Zoom option available for Lincoln Center Meetings
Our Lincoln Center meetings are available on Zoom for those not able to attend in-person. Zoom participants may chat among themselves from 11:30 to 12:00. Participants will be muted and Lincoln Center audio will be enabled at 12:00pm.

There are still some volunteer spots left for Saturday, the 28th at the Food Bank.  You can sign up now or contact Jon Land for more information. This Wednesday at noon we are meeting on Lincoln Center, hope you can be there to hear Tom Hilbert speak.
 
Our fellowship committee is still working out the details for our Evening at the Museum on September 9th, registration will open soon. Thanks to our noon members who completed the recent survey on meeting frequency for October to December; the Board appreciates all your input.
