Fellowship at Avogadro's from 5 to 7 PM
If you go to the Lincoln Center this Wednesday, July 31st, you will be very lonely! President David Dunne and the Fellowship Committee are taking advantage of the 5th Wednesday in July by inviting everyone to a no-host Fellowship event at Avogadro’s Number, 605 S Mason St, Fort Collins. 5PM till 7PM. No cost to attend but food and drink are on your own. Live music on the patio. Please bring your significant other, children, friends, etc. All are welcome. Perhaps a friend who would make a great Rotarian!
Craig Secher, founder and executive director of Realities for Children, gave our in-person meeting a brief overview of the background, goals, and accomplishments of his charity that is focused on children, especially in Larimer County, who have been abused, neglected, or otherwise at-risk. Mr. Secher and his wife formed the organization in 1995 after many years in governmental organizations like Child Protection Services in Larimer County. Friends of Laughing Buck Farm is a non-profit whose mission is to create a healthier and happier community through equine-assisted therapy and farm-based learning. Last Wednesday, we were honored to present them a $3,000 community grant at the Noon meeting!
Last Wednesday at the evening meeting, we presented a community grant check to Camp Kesem, a non-profit summer camp. The camp is a sanctuary for children with family members battling cancer. Their mission is to empower these kids to feel like kids!

Fall Cornhole League signups are officially open. Please call, text, or email Riley Spight if you would like to play on one of the Rotary cornhole teams and he will work to get you signed up and on the team.
