‘Whip cream and cherries, that is my life’. Lisa Paugh, Owner Operator of Walrus Ice Cream will share stories with us about the successes and challenges of operating a retail ice cream business in Old Town Fort Collins.
Walrus is an iconic business in Old Town that strives to be an integral part of our community. Lisa created a culture by giving back to the community through ice cream donations, participating in Great Plates and hosting 10% give back days for local nonprofits. Lisa recently co-founded the Downtown Business Collective whose goal is to drive traffic and help downtown Fort Collins thrive through collaboration, local events and creative community partnerships.
