Hear how politicians worked together for once.
Colorado native Louis X. "Kip" Cheroutes was District Director for U.S. Rep. Patricia Schroeder and provided 18-year guidance on turning an Army chemical plant into a wildlife refuge. Cheroutes is president of LXC Strategies Inc, a public affairs consultancy and is currently the Executive Director of the I-70 Regional Economic Advancement Partnership, which stretches into Colorado's eastern plains. He holds a BA in Political Science from University of Colorado and a certificate from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
