This Wednesday, February 11th, Nuance Chocolate owners Tyler and Megan Ryan will talk about their business at the Evening Meeting.
Tyler Ryan followed a unique path to becoming the owner and CEO of Nuance Chocolate. He previously served as a submarine nuclear plant supervisor before transitioning into the brewing industry and ultimately pivoting to the craft of chocolate. Leveraging an engineering background and studies in fermentation science at Colorado State University, Tyler now operates Nuance in Fort Collins with his wife, Megan. Together, they focus on the meticulous technical precision and ethical sourcing required to produce world-class, single-origin, bean-to-bar chocolate.
