With bachelor's degrees in both Community Health and Health Care Management & Administration, plus an MBA, Nadia has excelled in Operations, Strategic Development and Change Management for the University of Washington Medical Center, Centura Health in Denver and Columbine Health Systems. She is passionate about people-first strategies and solving problems across multiple sites and entities. Nadia has been certified in Lean Operations and Continuous Improvement to help leaders grow people, not just processes. She has been active in the non-profit organization Sunflower Seeds Ukraine.
