June 17th. David Morse, member of our club's Community Grant Committee, presented a $2,325.00 check the Laurel Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization, represented by Bailie Burgess.
The funds will be used to create a mobile STEM Innovation Cart that will travel between classrooms, bringing science experiments and engaging technology-based STEM learning to the students. An adhesive Rotary decal will be applied to the side of the cart, and Rotarians have been invited to the Cart's "maiden voyage" during the first day of school in August, 2026.
