Air Force ROTC kicked off this academic year’s Cadet of the Month recognition by highlighting Freshman Cadet Daniel Mahoney!
He hails from just down the road in Berthoud and is pursuing a Business Administration degree. Doing anything outdoors, getting involved in his church and spending time with his family brings great joy for him. Daniel is not new to Rotary involvement, and shared thanks for all that Rotarians do in the community and world. He specifically mentioned that his Rotary sponsorship in YRYLA and RYLA summer camps had a great impact on him, and “tremendously helped [him] develop [his] character.” Upon graduation and commissioning in 2028 he would love to be a pilot. We congratulate Daniel on receiving this award for his selfless dedication to serve our community and country, and wish him the best in his next 4 years at CSU!
