Susan Scratchley is a transfer from the Laramie, Wyoming Rotary Club where she helped write and support grants in Guatemala. She said that her passion is giving back to people. She told us about her 20 year career in Seattle where she held several corporate relations, development and marketing positions. One of those was with the Pacific Science Center. Then she moved to Laramie where she headed up development and marketing again at the American Heritage Center for the next five years...

Just in the last year she had the opportunity to move to Fort Collins to help with fundraising at the Fort Collins Rescue Mission and Harvest Farm. She told us specifically what those organizations do. Susan said that she is excited to be a member of our club and thanked those who have mentored her in her short time as a member.

Susan’s parents live in Douglas, Wyoming. Her father is a Rotarian. She has three sons, one living in Seattle, one finishing High School in Laramie and one a Fort Collins High School. Not that she has enough to do with family, Rotary and her job, she serves with societies like the Wyoming Historical Society. And she is completing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration through the U. of Wyoming. She loves to hike, volunteer and paint.
