On behalf of the people affected by the flooding in the municipality of La Union and of my colleagues in the Rotary Club of Gualan, please accept our most sincere appreciation for your generous financial support that will allow us to help us provide food, water and medication to the affected families. There is no doubt that Rotary is the best example of service to those in need and that Rotary Clubs are the vehicle of that service.
